Northwest Timberland Consulting & Surveying, Inc. is a full service land surveying business located in Pleasant Hill, Oregon just south of Eugene. We specialize in cadastral (large parcels and section subdivision) land surveying. The public land survey system (PLSS) is based on the original corner locations and the correct procedures to determine those locations.

Our other areas of experience include property (boundary) line adjustments, county land partitions, FEMA and county flood elevation certificates, and water rights permit certification.

Our work area covers, but is not limited to, the Central Western region of Oregon, including: Lane County, Linn County, Douglas County, Marion County, Polk County, Lincoln County, and Coos County.

No job is too small, from locating property corners for fences, to bigger ones such as large timbered acreages of land.

With an extensive background in Forest Engineering (Oregon State University - 1981), combined with continuing education in Land Surveying fundamentals and new technology (global positioning systems, GPS), we are able to provide our clients with efficient and economical services.
